Children whose details are received on this form are given an assessment as an initial lesson. You will be required to pay for the first lesson but the fee will be deducted from the first month's fee only if a written report is not sent to you and your child continues tuition within 7 days following the initial assessment.

If your child's result falls below group 2, you will be sent an assessment report. If this happens, the assessment fee will not be deducted from the first month's fee should you decide to enrol your child.

Please do not complete this form if your child is not able to continue classes the week of or a week after initial assessment.

*Children in year 6 join the SATS class immediately. All lessons are paid for.
